Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging instruction in designated subject areas, utilizing video technology for interactive learning.
Foster a dynamic classroom environment while managing student engagement through effective teaching methodologies.
Assess student performance through assignments and provide timely feedback to ensure academic success.
Collaborate with fellow faculty members to enhance the overall educational experience.
Required Skills
Proficient communication abilities in both verbal and written English.
Competence in utilizing technological tools for instructional purposes.
Strong analytical skills to interpret information and follow established guidelines.
Effective classroom management techniques to promote a productive learning environment.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Possess a Master's Degree in the relevant discipline or an equivalent field, or
Hold a Master's Degree in a related cognate field with:
A minimum of 18 graduate credit hours specific to the discipline, or
At least 6 graduate credit hours specific to the discipline, alongside:
Two years or four academic terms of teaching experience in discipline-specific courses at the collegiate level, or
Five years of discipline-specific teaching experience at the secondary level (grades 7-12) with a valid Pennsylvania teaching license for the relevant discipline.
