Essential Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
Previous customer service experience
Successful completion of mandatory training program
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet

Preferred Qualifications
Six months or more of experience in a contact center or retail environment
Six months or more of experience with computer processing and data entry software
Previous experience in a remote work environment
