[Remote] Inside Service Technician - Hot Side (Remote Work Schedule)

Parts Town is the fastest-growing distributor of restaurant equipment and appliance parts, seeking an Inside Service Technician to provide technical support to end users and field technicians. The role involves troubleshooting equipment issues and maintaining customer call information in a database to improve service efficiency.
