Job Summary
We're looking for a skilled and ambitious Inside Sales Specialist to sell our products and services to customers through remote communication. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and presenting competitive sales quotes, and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance to customers on product and service features, conduct demonstrations, and lead sales calls
Develop and present competitive sales quotes, close deals, and achieve sales targets
Conduct thorough research on customers and accounts, and follow up to foster and strengthen business relationships
Coordinate with other divisions to ensure the successful delivery of services, meeting customer expectations and aligning with company service objectives
Negotiate sales terms and customized packages, including product quantities, rates, and service terms, to finalize agreements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and experience in logistics/supply chain or related field
1-2 years of experience in coordination of shipments (Air freight, ocean freight, FCL, LTL)
Advanced knowledge of documentation, quotes, and BL, shipments process, SURI System, and other documentation related to the logistics and distribution industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate-level Excel skills a plus
Excellent cold calling skills and exceptional customer relation skills
Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving results and meeting operational priorities
Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish languages, both verbal and written
What We Offer
Competitive salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Full-time position: 40 hours per week
