We are hiring experienced, high-performance sales professionals to work 100% inbound, real-time leads — no cold calling, no prospecting.
This role is built for closers who:
• Thrive in high-volume, high-intensity environments
• Want uncapped income with no ceilings
• Know how to convert emotionally driven conversations into decisions
Every call is with a consumer actively seeking help. Your job is to guide, qualify, and close.
Consistent inbound volume — top reps handle 6–10+ qualified calls per day.

COMPENSATION (Uncapped & Aggressive):
• Top reps: $15K-$30K+ per month
• Commission: Up to 4% per deal
• Base pay provided to ensure consistent earnings while ramping (designed to support high performers early)
• Uncapped commissions on every deal closed
• No commission caps — performance drives income
• Overtime available for additional earning opportunity
The more you close, the more you earn. No limits.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
• Take inbound, pre-qualified calls from consumers seeking financial solutions
• Run a structured consultative sales process
• Build trust quickly in high-stakes financial conversations
• Educate and enroll clients into appropriate programs
• Manage your pipeline and follow-ups with precision
• Document all activity in CRM systems

WHO THIS IS FOR:
You'll succeed here if you:
• Have 3+ years of call center closing experience (REQUIRED)
• Are a true closer, not an order taker
• Are comfortable handling sensitive financial conversations
• Can control calls, objection-handle, and ask for the sale
• Want to maximize income, not just collect a paycheck
• Are coachable and can execute a proven sales process
