Requirements
Must be licensed in personal lines and have at least 1 year experience in P&C
Preferred remote experience in insurance in the past
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Professional phone etiquette.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and take inbound calls to quote and provide service
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
