 Conduct Beta Testing using our internal tools to ensure seamless platform functionality.
 Analyze user data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.
 Collaborate with our marketing team to enhance PPC and SEO strategies.
 Identify and report product bugs, working closely with the development team for resolution.
Required Skills
 Minimum of two years of experience in social media or related fields.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office, VPN, and CRM tools.
 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to utilize AI for research purposes.
 Capability to engage empathetically and professionally with users on social media platforms.
 Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote setting.
 Bonus: Proficiency in English along with one or more additional languages, or familiarity with translation tools.
Qualifications
 At least two years of relevant experience in social media or customer service.
