Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries, medical intake forms and provide accurate information.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services and schedule appointments.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer service processes.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical call center experience, extensive knowledge in diabetes and weight loss is a plus.
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
Sales Experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
