As a Co-Host, you will be the frontline ambassador for our guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of exceptional. With a strong focus on hospitality, attention to detail, and problem-solving, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our guests, homeowners, and contractors.

Job Summary
This part-time, on-call position offers the opportunity to work remotely and in-person, with a flexible schedule that includes a combination of day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays. As a Co-Host, you will be responsible for:
Providing exceptional customer service to guests, homeowners, and contractors via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Managing and resolving guest inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and efficient manner
Conducting regular property inspections to ensure properties are ready for incoming guests
Performing small maintenance tasks, such as changing batteries or air filters, and reporting any issues to management
Collaborating with peers and management to drive process improvements and prevent repeat issues
Arranging to fulfill guest requests before or during their stay
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should:
Be a self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Have attention to detail and be able to lift 100lbs when necessary
Be fluent in written and spoken English and have excellent communication skills
Be willing to use a smartphone and/or other device with GPS tracking while working
Be an active listener who can think critically under pressure
Have experience in home maintenance or property ownership (an asset)
Be comfortable working in multiple locations and have a valid US Driver's License and reliable vehicle
Reside in the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area and have flexible availability
