Key Responsibilities

Programming and Maintenance: Program industrial automation robots, including Fanuc, Kuka, and ABB systems, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Assembly and Testing: Participate in the assembly, wiring, and testing of robots and various industrial automation equipment to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Installations and Repairs: Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance at customer locations, both domestically and internationally, to provide timely support and minimize downtime.
Training and Support: Train colleagues and customers on the operation and maintenance of industrial automation robots and equipment, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular status reports and feedback to management, ensuring that projects are on track and any issues are addressed promptly.
Troubleshooting and Modification: Diagnose and modify industrial automation robots and equipment as needed, utilizing technical expertise to resolve complex problems and improve system performance.


Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:

Three or more years of experience in programming industrial automation robots, with a strong background in robotics and automation technology.
Three or more years of experience in the assembly, wiring, and testing of robots and industrial automation equipment.
Three or more years of experience performing installations, repairs, and maintenance at customer sites, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
An engineering degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or robotics engineering.
The ability to travel up to 50%, including international travel, with a valid passport and willingness to adapt to different cultural environments.
A solid work history with a consistent record of employment and a strong professional reputation.
US citizenship or Green Card holder, with the legal right to work in the United States.
Residence within a 45-minute drive of the company's location in Pewaukee, Wisconsin.


Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

Experience with multiple robot brands, including Fanuc, Kuka, and ABB, with a deep understanding of their programming languages and operating systems.
Knowledge of industrial automation protocols, such as Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, and Profibus, with the ability to integrate robots and equipment with other industrial control systems.
Experience with PLC programming, using languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block Diagram.
Familiarity with safety standards and regulations, such as OSHA and ANSI, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
