[Remote] Implementation Specialist

As an Implementation Specialist, you will oversee and onboard new accounts onto the Fingercheck system, ensuring a smooth transition to operational use and providing support throughout the implementation process.ResponsibilitiesImplement accounts for all Fingercheck productsBe the primary onboarding contact and project manager for new accountsOwnership of the account communication for all aspects of implementationProactively communicate and guide clients through the implementationMonitor and quickly move new accounts through the onboarding queue, engaging other departments as needed, and resolving automation errors promptlyFully onboard business owners and their employeesRespond to incoming emails, calls, and implementation support requests from clients promptlyProactively set up system training meetings and end-user supportAssist with account configuration to support client needs and business processesReview proper tax documents and payroll dataMeet SLAβs, adhering to a strict timeline to ensure there are no payroll delaysOther duties as assignedSkills1-year of payroll software experienceAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-taskingExcellent time management skillsStrong project management skillsExceptional communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDetail & solution-oriented mindsetAdaptable to an ever-expanding dynamic team environment - you aren't afraid of change!Bias towards actionOpen, approachable, and positive attitudeFluent in English & SpanishCompany OverviewFingercheck is an all-in-one payroll and HR app for small business that pays, schedules, and manages hourly workers.
