Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our Stage Administrations and Tasks group in Center operating system. As a Work process Frameworks Examiner, you will be responsible for designing and developing essential work process tooling at scale, enabling teams to deliver high-quality software through top-tier engineering experiences, efficient workflow, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement. Your primary focus will be on delivering actionable data insights and engaging with partners across the organization to provide training and support for workflow initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design and develop essential work process tooling at scale to support high-quality software delivery Deliver helpful data insights and engage with partners across the organization to provide training and support for workflow initiatives Transform analysis into knowledge by developing key metrics, proposing policy changes, and conveying action plans to all levels of leadership Utilize strong working knowledge of analysis, including representation, statistics, and the Analysis Development Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive) Proficiently use SQL to accumulate, analyze, and validate data Design and develop dashboards to visualize key metrics and progress towards objectives Iterate on dashboard design, presenting to groups, gathering feedback, and improving finished results Describe the current status of the workflow, profile complex systems, document them, and target areas for improvement Identify patterns and trends in large datasets and work directly with partners to drive action and translate insights into wins Essential Qualifications 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Insight Analyst Strong working knowledge of analysis, including representation, statistics, and the Analysis Development Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive) Capacity to transform analysis into knowledge and convey action plans to all levels of leadership Proficient SQL user, with experience in accumulation, settled queries, and data analysis/validation B.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Programming Development Analysis, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software delivery Experience with Software Development, including form pipelines, blending, test frameworks and techniques, and the delivery of code Item ownership, with experience driving efforts and delivering substantial results through analysis Project management skills, with experience planning and driving efforts, working across partner teams towards a unified goal Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Apple, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
