[Remote] Implementation Change Management (OCM) Lead Consultant - Technology Enablement

They are seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead Consultant to drive technology adoption and transformation for clients, focusing on Microsoft digital solution implementation and partnering with stakeholders for seamless application rollouts and user adoption.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead organizational change management activities for technology enablement projects, including application implementations, rollouts, and adoption initiatives
ā¢ Apply structured change management methodologies (such as Prosci, etc.) to guide organizations through digital transformation, with a focus on Microsoft technologies
ā¢ Assess client readiness, identify key stakeholders, and define project goals and success criteria for technology-driven initiatives
ā¢ Design and facilitate change management workshops and training sessions to support the adoption of Microsoft solutions, including Dynamics 365, Copilot, and other modern workplace applications
ā¢ Develop and deliver best practices for communications, employee development, training, and governance related to technology usage
ā¢ Collaborate with project delivery teams to propose recommendations and solutions that maximize technology adoption and business value
ā¢ Lead OCM workstreams, mapping milestones and tasks for successful technology project completion
ā¢ Advise on project changes, manage resistance, and support client sponsors and champions throughout the change journey
ā¢ Create proposals, statements of work (SoWs), and estimates for OCM engagements with a technology focus
ā¢ Identify new opportunities for technology enablement and adoption within client environments
ā¢ Champion the value of Organizational Change Management (OCM) across the company by educating delivery and sales teams on how OCM drives successful technology adoption and maximizes customer ROI
ā¢ Evaluate existing tools and processes for further development and implement a continuous improvement cycle
ā¢ Develop and deliver internal communications, training, and enablement materials to help colleagues effectively position OCM services with customers
ā¢ Act as an internal advocate for OCM, sharing success stories and best practices to demonstrate tangible business outcomes and build confidence in our approach
ā¢ Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to craft compelling value propositions and presentations that clearly articulate the benefits of OCM in Microsoft technology projects
ā¢ Ability to mentor and support junior consultants
Skills
ā¢ 10+ years of consulting experience in organizational change management, customer success, or management consulting, with a strong emphasis on technology implementation projects
ā¢ Experience with ADKAR methodology
ā¢ Proven experience leading medium/large-scale organizational change efforts related to IT transformation, technology enablement, or application implementation
ā¢ Hands-on experience with Microsoft project delivery, including Dynamics 365 implementations, Copilot, Modern Workplace, Application Development, Migrations, ERP, or Data projects strongly preferred
ā¢ Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
ā¢ Strong business acumen and ability to navigate organizational challenges in technology-driven environments
ā¢ Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex technology concepts to diverse audiences
ā¢ Experience designing and implementing user adoption plans, workshops, and training for technology solutions
ā¢ Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the technology project lifecycle
ā¢ Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in ambiguous or fast-paced situations
ā¢ Experience as a team lead and mentoring others
ā¢ PROSCI certification or equivalent
ā¢ Experience in OCM pre-sales activities, including requirements elicitation, effort estimation, and client negotiation
ā¢ Previous success in driving adoption of Microsoft technologies, especially Dynamics 365 and Copilot
