[Remote] Immigration Attorney (Queens NY, Los Angeles and Remote)

ALFA - Alexandre Law Firm & Associates is a fast-growing immigration law firm seeking a passionate Immigration Attorney ready to make a real impact. The role involves handling complex immigration cases, providing strategic representation in court, and protecting immigrant families.

Responsibilities
• Active license in good standing with any U.S. state bar
• Minimum 3 years of experience practicing immigration law
• Strong experience in Removal / Deportation Defense
• Experience with Bond Hearings, Master & Individual Hearings
• Experience with Motions to Reopen / Reconsider
• Habeas Corpus petitions (federal court experience strongly preferred)
• Comfortable handling detained cases
• Strong legal writing and litigation skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently

Skills
• Active license in good standing with any U.S. state bar

• Experience working with ICE detention cases
• Spanish, Portuguese or Mandarin speaking is a plus
• Excellent research and writing skills
