Duties • Analyze financial data and market trends to assess investment opportunities in real estate. • Conduct thorough due diligence on potential properties, including financial modeling and risk assessment. • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management and investors. • Collaborate with property management teams to evaluate performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. • Stay updated on Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws to ensure compliance in all investment activities. • Assist in the negotiation of contracts and terms with sellers, buyers, and other stakeholders. • Support marketing initiatives by providing data-driven insights that enhance property visibility and sales strategies.
