[Remote] Identity Access Management (IAM) Metrics Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Motion Recruitment is seeking a hands-on IAM Metrics / KPI / KRI Lead to design, build, and mature a comprehensive Identity Access Management reporting program. The role involves developing executive-ready dashboards and reporting frameworks to communicate IAM performance and risk posture to senior leadership.

Responsibilities
• Develop executive-ready dashboards and reporting frameworks that clearly communicate IAM performance, risk posture, and operational effectiveness to senior leadership
• Develop automated dashboards and executive reporting using Power BI (required)
• Automate data collection and reporting processes to minimize manual effort and enable near real-time insights
• Build executive-ready decks and present findings confidently to senior leadership

Skills
• 5–7+ years of experience in IT Security metrics, KPIs, and KRIs
• Understanding of IAM domains (Access reviews & certifications, Provisioning / deprovisioning SLAs, Privileged access management, Identity lifecycle management)
• Experience building metrics programs specifically within Identity Access Management (IAM)
• Strong Power BI expertise
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
