Applicant Screening:
You'll be tasked with screening applicants to determine if they meet the position requirements. This involves reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidates' skills and experience. Your keen eye for detail and deep understanding of job requirements will be crucial in identifying the best candidates for each role.

Policy and Document Management:
As part of your duties (HR Executive), you'll be responsible for writing, revising, editing, and proofreading company policies and procedures. You'll ensure that all documents are clear, concise, and aligned with our organizational goals. Additionally, you'll assist in the development of job descriptions for various positions, ensuring that they accurately reflect the duties and qualifications required.

Effective Sourcing and Job Portal Management:

Performance Management and Rewards Systems:

Comprehensive HR Services Implementation:
