[Remote] HR Coordinator-Global Mobility & Immigration
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm seeking an HR Coordinator - Global Mobility & Immigration for a prominent client. This remote position involves drafting letters, serving as a point of contact for immigration processes, and maintaining the recruiting portion of the Green Card process.
Responsibilities
⢠Draft assignment letters, business invitation letters and letters of support
⢠Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear guidance on immigration processes, policies, and timelines
⢠Maintain the recruiting portion of the Green Card process
⢠Communicate reimbursement policies and processes to employees
⢠Assist with onboarding reports and subsequent collection of work authorization documents
⢠Aid with the creation and formatting of training guides and process maps
⢠Facilitate file transfers between vendors
⢠Ensure data integrity by conducting routine audits
⢠Adhere to department-level policies and processes and answer questions for employees
⢠Work on special projects as needed
Skills
⢠Minimum of 2 years' experience in a professional environment, with Global Mobility or Immigration exposure
⢠Proficiency in computer skills, particularly the Google suite
⢠Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS systems
⢠Proven problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges
⢠Dedication to delivering exceptional experiences for stakeholders
⢠Proficient multitasking capabilities with a strong emphasis on prioritization and time management
