We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic HR Advisor to provide Tier 1 HR Generalist support to our global Fortune 500 RPO client in the Financial Software Industry. As an HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class and personalized care experiences to all levels of the organization. This is a long-term, 100% remote opportunity with a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits package.
Job Highlights:
Competitive Compensation: $30-$33 per hour
Remote Work Opportunity: Work from the comfort of your own home, with a preference for candidates on the West Coast or Midwest
Weekend Schedule: Saturday-Sunday, 6:30AM-3PM PST, Monday-Wednesday, 8AM-5PM PST

Key Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and resolution of HR issues, including benefits, payroll, workplace accommodations, global mobility, compensation, and talent development
Deliver exceptional employee experiences through multiple channels of communication, including chat, phone, and case work
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement of the workforce experience
Partner with centers of excellence to influence program improvements based on customer feedback
Coach end-users on HR technology systems and SaaS applications
Requirements:
3+ years of HR Generalist experience
Experience supporting end-to-end HR offerings, with a focus on employee experience
Excellent coaching and collaboration skills
High attention to detail and comfort with heavy technology use
