Job Title: Remote Hotel Revenue Analyst — Opera Cloud / SynXis / iHotelier Expert (Multi-Property Resort Group) About Us Bay Gardens Resorts is Saint Lucia's largest locally owned hotel group, operating a portfolio of six properties spanning select-service to luxury — including Bay Gardens Hotel, Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa, Marina Haven, Bay Gardens Inn, and the newly opening Sapphire Sands Villas. We are an independent, family-owned group with a strong commercial culture and high standards for data-driven decision-making. We are looking for an experienced remote revenue analyst to support our revenue management function on an ongoing freelance basis. The Role This is a part-time, remote, ongoing engagement. You will work closely with our commercial leadership team, providing analytical support across the portfolio — with a focus on pricing intelligence, pace reporting, channel performance, and revenue optimization. Core responsibilities include: Daily and weekly pace reporting across properties (occupied rooms, ADR, RevPAR vs. budget and prior year) Pricing analysis and rate strategy recommendations by segment and season Channel production reporting — OTA vs. direct vs. GDS — with actionable insights Pickup and booking window analysis Competitive set benchmarking using STR data Identification of displacement opportunities and low-demand periods requiring promotional action Support with forecasting and annual budgeting cycles Ad hoc analysis as required by commercial leadership Required Skills & Systems Experience Candidates must have hands-on working knowledge of: Opera Cloud (OHIP) — PMS reporting, reservations data extraction, segment analysis SynXis CRS (Sabre) — rate loading, availability management, channel configuration, reporting iHotelier (TravelClick/Amadeus) — CRS management, GDS connectivity, production reporting Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, dynamic dashboards, lookup functions) Familiarity with STR benchmarking reports Understanding of Caribbean or resort/leisure market dynamics is a strong plus What We're Looking For Minimum 3–5 years of hotel revenue management or revenue analysis experience Prior experience supporting multi-property portfolios preferred Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations Excellent written English — you will be communicating findings directly to senior leadership Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable working independently across time zones Availability for a weekly check-in call (Atlantic Standard Time, UTC-4) Engagement Details Type: Freelance / Part-time ongoing contract Estimated hours: 15–25 hours per week (flexible, with scope to grow) Location: Remote — candidates from Latin America or Asia preferred Start: As soon as possible Rate: Please submit your hourly rate with your proposal How to Apply Please include the following in your proposal: A brief summary of your experience with Opera Cloud, SynXis, and iHotelier specifically — not general CRS/PMS experience, but these three systems One example of a revenue analysis or reporting output you have produced (anonymized is fine) Your proposed hourly rate and weekly availability Your time zone Proposals that do not address the three systems listed above will not be reviewed.
