Job Description: We are seeking nationwide motivated Sales Associates to join our remote team on a commission-based contract. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, identifying their needs, providing product information, and offering solutions that meet their requirements. Your tasks will include conducting sales calls, utilizing social media, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Excellent sales and negotiation skills Understanding of insurance products and industry is a plus Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred A high school diploma or equivalent qualification Experience with social media marketing
Income Potential: At Ans, we offer you a mission to help others while capitalizing on a massive opportunity. Commission starts at $500 per lead for homeowners in the claims process and goes up to $15,000 in commission per home. In addition to the 5 million homes that can use our help every year, our new member program is how you can make a stable income. Annual recurring commission of $100 per home. Recruiting commissions are also in play. Earn up to 25% of every sales associate you bring in.
On the Job: As an advocate, your role is to advise the clients of their rights during an insurance claim. The primary goal of this position is to inform clients of their rights before disaster strikes. Each year, around 6 million home insurance claims related to disasters and perils are filed. However, less than 8% of these claims have independent licensed representation. This scenario leaves over 5 million potential customers who are directly affected by peril. Our outreach sales program has the capacity to target every homeowner, renter, and driver in the US. Your primary responsibility is to inform the lead about our offerings to bring them into our annual member donor program. Ans typically closes claims at 2x 5x higher than the initial offer made by insurance estimators. We advocate for our clients, and for the policy and unwriting that is there to protect them. It s important to remember that the insurance company works for their corporation s bottom line, not for us. Insurance companies cannot penalize or drop policyholders for utilizing our nonprofit services. In addition to the 5 million homes that could benefit from our help every year, our new member program provides a stable income source. You can earn an annual recurring commission from every new member donor. For instance, securing 1,200 homes equates to $120k per year recurring annually for you. Our membership is a great deal. The discount for members equals 35 years of savings in the event of just one insurance claim. We also offer travel and food savings cards from our donation sponsors that are double the value of the yearly membership. You can also earn from recruiting commissions. You can earn up to 25% of every sales associate you bring in. You will have the autonomy and flexibility similar to a franchise owner. You can offer raffles, solicit donations for local stores and brands, choose your pricing models, and much more. For non-membership donations, we only get paid by the insurance company if the client gets paid. We are a registered non-profit. There are no owners, shareholders, or entities who can profit at the top. Our goal is to empower entrepreneurs and homeowners and expand our charitable offerings to families in difficult circumstances.
