Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Management

Accurately input client data, booking details, and travel information into arenaflex’s proprietary and third‑party systems.
Conduct regular data audits to verify completeness, eliminate duplicates, and maintain a 99.9% accuracy rate.
Generate and disseminate detailed reports on bookings, customer interactions, and travel trends for internal stakeholders.

Travel Booking & Consultation

Assist clients in crafting customized itineraries that include flights, accommodations, car rentals, tours, and ancillary services.
