About the Role
We are seeking experienced high ticket sales professionals specially with solar experience to join our remote post-sales team. This is not a traditional outbound sales role. You will work with Hot Leads - homeowners who already have solar installed, guiding them through our consultative review process to uncover additional savings, upgrades, and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Guide existing solar owners through a structured, client-focused post-solar sales process
• Review and analyze client documents to identify unclaimed incentives and actionable upgrades
• Communicate findings clearly to homeowners via phone, text, and CRM
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and deliverables
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent process quality and client success
Requirements
• Provable solar sales experience (residential or commercial) - Preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with performance-based compensation structures (This role is 100% commission, top performers make from $5,000 to $15,000 per week) - Must
• Availability of at least 35 hours per week. - Must
• Tech savvy and comfortable navigating CRM systems and digital processes independently
• Reliable work-from-home setup (PC/Laptop, Wi-Fi, quiet space & camera + mic for team meetings)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to deliver strong results for clients
