Remote Healthcare Recruiter (Agency)

We are a recruitment agency that specializes in healthcare looking for a skilled outbound Recruiter with previous experience working in a recruitment agency to join our team!
This is a 100% work from home position.
We are able to consider applications residing ONLY in New Jersey, Colorado, North Carolina, Florida and Texas!
Role Overview:
This position focuses on owning the candidate relationship. You will play a key role in sourcing, identifying, and briefing candidates on exciting opportunities while guiding them through every stage of the process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals to develop a strong talent pool of qualified candidates.
Proactively reach out to candidates through a high volume of calls, emails, and text messages.
Manage the entire candidate journey, ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish from initial contact to offer/negotiation and keeping in touch through their onboarding period.
Gain a deep understanding of the recruitment cycle as well as the healthcare and medical sectors.
Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitive factors.
Demonstrate pride in your work and a passion for helping candidates find their next career opportunity.

A proactive and KPI driven individual with excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
A passion for connecting with people and making a meaningful impact on their careers.
Previous experience in agency recruitment is a must.
knowledge of Bullhorn ATS and/or the healthcare sector is a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
