In addition to insurance verifications, you may also coordinate prior authorizations and investigate alternative insurance coverage or other funding sources on behalf of patients, adhering to program specifications. This position requires a strong understanding of health plans, medical terminology, and call center operations, as you will be interacting with various stakeholders to ensure that patients receive the best possible support. The role is structured with a set 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. You will undergo approximately 4.5 weeks of paid training to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this position.
