Position Overview

arenaflex is currently seeking a meticulous and well-organized individual to join our team as a Remote Healthcare Data Entry Clerk on a PRN (as-needed) basis. This part-time position offers the convenience of working from home while contributing to essential healthcare documentation processes. Key Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate patient records and supporting healthcare providers in delivering quality care. Your primary responsibilities will include:


Accurate Data Input: Systematically enter information from paper-based documents and handwritten progress notes into our designated healthcare database systems with precision and attention to detail.
Data Verification: Review all entered data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, ensuring that no errors compromise the integrity of patient records.
Confidentiality Maintenance: Uphold strict confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive patient information, complying with HIPAA regulations and arenaflex's data protection policies.
Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks to identify and correct any discrepancies in entered data, maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Administrative Support: Undertake additional administrative duties as assigned, including organizing documents, managing electronic files, and assisting with general office operations.
Progress Note Processing: Receive progress notes delivered to your home workspace at least three times per workday, completing all data entry within a three-day turnaround timeframe to ensure timely documentation.
Communication: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address any data entry questions or concerns promptly and professionally.


Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:


Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
