Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced and proactive Global Supply Chain Planner to lead and manage our global marketplaces and corresponding stock locations. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for optimizing stock levels, managing new product launches, and driving continuous improvement to deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee forecast and planning tools across marketplaces, including Amazon, to ensure optimal stock levels and meet business needs
Build strong relationships with supply chain contacts to nurture working relationships and ensure timely delivery of purchase orders
Facilitate successful product launches, promotions, and seasonal planning, engaging with commercial teams in a timely manner
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive best practices to deliver exceptional customer service
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate month-end figures and support the month-end reconciliation process
Monitor and report on ageing stock, ensuring cross-departmental engagement and notification when required
Support the review and alignment of supplier production schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
Work closely with the US fulfillment partner to resolve stock and receiving issues
Collaborate with the QA team to monitor rejects and quality issues
Review and approve invoices, rejecting or challenging with suppliers as necessary
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a demand-focused supply chain planning role in a FMCG or DTC/B2C e-commerce environment
Experience with Amazon FPR is highly desirable
Strong understanding of supply chain and logistic processes and procedures
Ability to build cross-functional relationships with marketing, finance, and growth teams
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a drive to improve the status quo
Highly organized with an eye for detail, able to prioritize and resolve issues effectively
Strong numeracy skills and intermediate-level MS Excel skills (NetSuite knowledge is a plus)
