De-escalating customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions for auditing purposes

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
At least 6 months of customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
