Media Associate
FanDuel is the premier mobile gaming company in the United States and Canada, and they are seeking a Media Associate to join their Media Team. This role will support the paid social strategy, planning, and execution across Casino, focusing on building brand awareness and driving new registrations.ResponsibilitiesBe a key contributor on Casino paid social team with planning, creative briefing, execution, optimization, and reporting for all Casino social media campaignsWork closely with planning teams to build season-long media plans to meet team KPIs across multiple tactics and platforms, ensuring the team is establishing and crushing benchmarks to strengthen our advertising playbookLiaise with cross-functional internal teams, creative partners, and agencies to ensure the seamless launch and execution of all campaignsWork closely with agency and planning teams to align 360 media strategiesDevelop a testing roadmap for paid social channels to understand creative and audience performance as well as brand vs direct response tacticsAssist with weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual channel reporting and post mortem analysis - including building performance recaps, billing reconciliation, and dissemination of insights to key stakeholdersThis role will work closely with the commercial Casino team to understand gaps in business performance to then plan media and react accordingly to support commercial KPIsProvide continuous assessment of our digital media tactics and identify areas for improvement and optimizationsOwn and build relationships with third party paid social vendors and agenciesSkillsBachelor's degree with a strong academic record1-2 years of experience managing paid social accounts for large tier 1 brandsDirect experience with paid social, & analytics toolsHigh level of understanding of performance metrics within digital media and able to make strong decisions on media plansExperience evaluating media opportunities and onboarding new media channelsAbility to make strong decisions for media planning in terms of budget allocation, formats and testingPossesses an analytical and proactive mindset - you enjoy aggregating information across disparate data points and sources into clear, actionable insightWillingness to learn and gain a proficient working knowledge of auction models and bidding strategies across all major platformsNeeds to be able to work autonomously and within a large team settingClear communicator and multitasker, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across internal and external stakeholders with easeHas exceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsAble to exhibit a positive attitude and remain calm in high-stress situationsYou don't mind working during non-traditional business hours as neededAn eagerness to learn more about digital marketing and gaming/gambling industry within CanadaBenefitsExtended medical, vision, and dental coverageLife insuranceDisability insuranceA retirement program with employer contributionsShort-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation12 holidaysTwo (2) floating holidaysPaid sick time in accordance with applicable Canadian lawCompany OverviewFanDuel is a gaming company that offers sportsbook, daily fantasy sports, horse racing, and online casino games.
