Ā Assist members with prior authorizations and referrals, guiding them through necessary procedures.
Ā Research and verify healthcare provider contact details for timely updates.
Ā Offer status updates on claims and clarify processing stages.
Ā Address inquiries related to claim processing and support appeals for denied claims.
Ā Help members navigate our online portal and resolve any technical issues.
Ā Maintain confidentiality of member information at all times.
Ā Escalate complex issues to supervisors as necessary.
Ā Stay informed about healthcare regulations and policies.

Required Skills

Qualifications
