Location: Remote - Must reside in US
Work Hours: 8:30 - 5:30 EST
Qualifications/Skills Needed
Ā 2-3 years managed care setting, medical office or facility setting with demonstration of medical administration duties
Ā Thorough knowledge of customer service, utilization review or claims processing practices in a managed care environment
Ā Operation of office equipment such as a personal computer
Ā Knowledge of medical terminology
Ā Time management & organizational skills are a MUST
Ā Knowledge of medical terminology
Ā Communication skills required
Ā Great excel skills
Ā High school diploma or equivalent
Ā Basic knowledge of Microsoft office
Day To Day Responsibilities Of Role
Ā Assist in activities related to the medical and psychological aspects of utilization and coordinated care
Ā Outreach attempts via telephone to members assigned each day
Ā Consistently updating an excel spreadsheet with member assignments listed
Ā Consistent communication with supervisor
Ā With each phone call- documentation is required in Virtual Health
Performance Expectations
Ā Must be able to make high volume of outbound calls
Ā Medical terminology
Ā Reliable home internet is required with dedicated work space due to HIPPA (Hardwire internet connection) Please put on Resume.
Ā Completing 80-120 phone calls a day to the Medicare Population
Ā Compliance is required to be 100% of all assigned members
Ā Engagement Rate will need to be at 80% or more a month
Ā Time off is not permitted in the first 90 days of employment unless pre-planned during the interview
Ā Audit score of a minimum of 90%
Ā Completion of 600 members a month is required (30 new members daily assigned
