REMOTE Healthcare Compliance Coordinator
Job Summary The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all VA certification requirements are in compliance. This position will run reports and audit the completion of mandatory certification/re-certification of network physicians according to timelines set by the VA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Maintains the administrative aspects of the Company’s certification procedures to meet VA requirements • Responsible for auditing of records of certification/re-certification in the Learning Management System (LMS) by creating and running reports, auditing against master files and regular communication of findings to management • Produce daily, weekly, monthly reports to track completed courses/audit report certifications which ones are about to expire • Send notification and follow up with providers that their certifications are about to expire • Apply prescriptive rules to affected providers to recertify and “expire” their certifications every 3 years • Pull daily reporting on providers that have not completed the certification/re-certifications which are close to expiration • Organize and maintain training and audit files • Provides updates to management in a timely manner • Prepares files, lists, copies, and other information to support certification audits • Assist with responses to inquiries or issues escalating as needed • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Apply tot his job
