Responsibilities • Design and deploy forward-thinking HR strategies and programs that drive workforce excellence, foster cross-functional collaboration, and anticipate the needs of a complex, technology-intensive environment.• Lead by example and embed a culture where integrity, inclusion, and accountability are not just words but everyday practices—empowering teams to achieve extraordinary results aligned with the highest standards of ethics, quality, and compliance. • Develop and scale innovative talent acquisition methods to address the specific challenges of recruiting top engineering, manufacturing, cybersecurity, and operational leaders in sensitive, high-security environments. • Reinvent leadership and management development, investing in cutting-edge learning, upskilling, and mentorship initiatives so that future leaders are nurtured from within and prepared to meet the demands of tomorrow’s defense sector.• Champion employee engagement and culture transformation, fostering a workplace where each individual feels valued, safe, respected, and ready to contribute at their best—especially during times of rapid change or challenge. • Oversee and optimize total rewards: develop competitive, transparent, and motivating compensation, benefits, and recognition systems that reinforce employee commitment and ensure sector-leading retention. • Steer all aspects of labor relations, employment law, industrial safety, and union partnerships, guaranteeing operational continuity, legal compliance, and a climate of high trust in critical, sensitive environments.• Direct crisis management, business continuity, and workforce resilience programs—ensuring that the company is always prepared to protect its people and its mission in the face of uncertainty. • Leverage the power of digital HR by implementing advanced HRIS, data-driven people analytics, and next-generation onboarding and development tools—constantly seeking smarter, faster, and more impactful ways to support every corner of the organization. • Serve as a trusted counselor and culture ambassador in the C-suite, guiding executive and site leaders through change management, M&A, transformation projects, and the most sensitive communication challenges.• Represent the group externally, cultivating strong relationships with defense agencies, strategic partners, universities, and sector think tanks to maintain the company’s reputation as an employer of choice for high-caliber talent.
