[Remote] Functional Analyst / Product Analyst

Responsibilities • Requirements analysis & documentation • User story writing & acceptance criteria • Agile / Scrum collaboration • Stakeholder communication • Product mindset and problem solving • UI/UX awareness (conceptual) Skills • 3-5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Consultant supporting technology or digital products • Strong understanding of product functionality and business processes, with the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements • Hands on experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, including user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint ceremonies, and backlog refinement • Experience collaborating with product managers, developers, and QA to support product delivery • Ability to analyze requirements, identify gaps, and document functional specifications in a clear and structured manner • Understanding of project lifecycle requirements • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by assisting business users, validating functionality against requirements, logging and tracking defects, and coordinating issue resolution with technical teams • Experience with defect tracking and test support using tools such as Azure DevOps • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills • Detail oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Experience with design thinking, UI/UX concepts, wireframes, or mockups • Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar products and Agile management platforms • Basic understanding of data analysis, reporting, or metrics to support product decisions • Knowledge of Healthcare domain Company Overview • Apexon is a digital-first technology services firm, accelerating business transformation and delivering human-centric digital experiences.
