[Remote] Full-Time Remote Sales Representative (College Students & Recent Graduates)

Globe Life American Income Division: Surace Smith & Partners is hiring a full-time Remote Sales Representative to support their sales team. This role is ideal for college students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in sales and customer engagement while working remotely.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Connect with prospective customers via Zoom and phone
ā¢ Present products/services using an established sales framework
ā¢ Follow defined processes and performance expectations
ā¢ Participate in regular coaching and training sessions
ā¢ Track activity and progress using internal systems
Skills
ā¢ Currently enrolled college student (junior/senior) or recent graduate
ā¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
ā¢ Comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment
ā¢ Coachable, reliable, and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting
ā¢ No prior sales experience required (training provided)
