Key Responsibilities
Ā Respond to incoming customer calls and facilitate the redirection of tasks and inquiries.
Ā Maintain detailed call logs and ensure timely follow-up on customer interactions.
Ā Manage phone messages and provide assistance to customers as needed.
Ā Process payments from customers when required.
Ā Encourage customer engagement by requesting Google Reviews and connecting customers with the sales team for further insurance product opportunities.
Required Skills
Ā Exceptional interpersonal abilities: courteous, friendly, and consistently professional.
Ā Highly organized with strong multitasking capabilities to manage logs and multiple calls effectively.
Ā Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
Ā Strong integrity in handling sensitive personal information with care.
Qualifications
Ā Must be a U.S. citizen residing in the contiguous 48 states, DC, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Ā Willingness to obtain (or already possess) your home state's resident Property & Casualty license.
Ā Minimum of one year of experience in customer service, administrative roles, or as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.
Ā Commitment to attend a one-day training session in Atlanta, GA.

Ā Potential to increase to $1,500 per month for supporting an agency owner with multiple office locations.
Ā Earn between (30,000 and )55,000+ annually by managing up to four clients.
Ā Fully remote position providing the freedom to work from anywhere, with no commuting requirements.
