- Address any service failures and implement corrective measures
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and maintain service levels
- Run reports as requested
- Respond to a high volume of communications on a daily basis
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1+ years of sales experience (preferred)
- 1+ years of load board freight negotiation experience (required)
