[Remote] Freelance Lead Generation Specialist (USA / Canada - Remote)

The role involves identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting deals from initial contact to closure.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Identify and approach relevant companies and decision-makers
ā¢ Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book discovery calls
ā¢ Support proposals, follow-ups, and deal progression
ā¢ Prepare background research for sales conversations
ā¢ Keep CRM and pipeline data accurate and up to date
Skills
ā¢ At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
ā¢ Candidate must be based in USA or Canada
ā¢ Experience or strong interest and knowledge in tech, digital products, or design-led businesses
ā¢ Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and lead qualification
ā¢ Clear communicator, structured, and proactive
ā¢ Fast learner with strong commercial awareness
ā¢ Fluent Spanish (Highly Preferred)
