Pure Sweat Studios is recruiting for a full-time, salaried Franchise Operations Manager to join our growing, national franchise company! www.PureSweatStudios.com The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our operational systems + infrastructure that support our franchise community with training, resources, and brand standards. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a growing health + wellness company, working closely with our Founder and Director of Franchise Performance. This salaried position is remote, Monday through Friday. About You: You are rock solid, proactive and on it. You love systems, check-lists, and auditing + developing materials, knowing that operations is the backbone of a business so all else can thrive. You are excited by a small team, with integrated exposure to all departments, and willing to roll up your sleeves and try new initiatives. You seek growth in all you do! Responsibilities • Manage, develop and augment our Franchise Operations systems, including our Learning Management System for organizational efficiencies, training, rollouts, and brand compliance. • Manage our support email, fielding or addressing operational needs from franchises. • Develop + issue our monthly newsletters, system wide calls, and operational roll-outs. • Identify + develop system improvements and materials to support brand compliance • Collaborate with our various vendors + departments to ensure integrated franchise support, including our software/ point of sale system – Mindbody - marketing, and partners. You assure all is in good order and synchronized! • Communicate with franchisees to provide support, resolve issues, and enhance operational efficiency. • Support franchise onboarding training Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in multi-unit operations management • Previous franchise experience strongly preferred • Experience with learning management systems • Strong proficiency with Mindbody or similar point of sale/booking platform • Strong proficiency with word, excel, and Canva • Excellent writing, communications and organizational skills, with an eagle eye for detail • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically • Willingness to travel to franchise locations, if needed What We Offer • Remote position, Monday through Friday • Pay is commensurate with experience, and we believe in rewarding good work and nurturing growth • Health insurance stipend + access to infrared sauna, float, and contrast therapy to grow your wellness practice. • Unlimited PTO • Paid time off • Opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing organization How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you're interested in joining our team.
