Functions: • Fundraising Strategy : Define a strategy to attract investment, taking into account examples of public offerings against the backdrop of quantitative easing. • Data Room : Prepare investment materials with a model and financial statements. • Target Investors : Identify a list of priority investors capable to attract top talent and strategic partnerships in the US. • Sale : Organize and hold meetings with investors, attract advisers, collect investment applications. • Transaction : To structure the transaction together with the contractors and lawyers. • Reporting : Develop and automate the financial and OKR reporting system. • Risks : Prevent financial risks, develop risk policies and systems of the trading desk and custody. • Liquidity : Monitor compliance with the OKRs on the trading desk in terms of liquidity and risks. • Compliance : Comply with the requirements of regulators for financial transactions by building reporting, KYC, AML processes, regulating customer access to services and obtaining the necessary licenses. • Team : To develop a team of the financial unit, to grow LATOKEN product managers of the primary and secondary market of digital assets, banking. • Vision : Understand and learn to sell the idea that people's lives are reduced to social and monetary transactions: social networks are a wallet for social currency, LATOKEN is a wallet for monetary currency, and there are more clients for the last wallet than for the first. Therefore, digital wallets will cost more than social media. Requirement skills and experience: • Experience in organizing and closing an investment round is an advantage. • Experience in building financial models and reporting is a must. • Skills in Python and MySQL, the ability to make queries to databases for building reporting and financial analytics are desirable. • Experience in a startup and skills in product development, agile team management is desirable. • Has a need to surround himself with straightforward people with high demands on results. • Developed communication skills and fluent English. • Graduate of Phystech, Fizmat, Moscow State University VMK, NES, ICEF and / or finalist of city Olympiads.
