Responsibilities
ā¢ Scouting different networks, platforms, Slack communities, and hidden corners of the talent universe for amazing humans
ā¢ Building strong, diverse candidate pipelines that make talent partners and hiring team leads do a happy dance
ā¢ Tracking, organizing, and optimizing sourcing efforts like the data-savvy pro you are
ā¢ Test and refine outbound strategies - messaging, channels, triggers, and tools (because curiosity is your fuel)
Skills
ā¢ Have experience sourcing for technical, niche, and high-growth roles at SaaS companies
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you can craft relevant, thoughtful and/or unhinged outreach
ā¢ A passion for finding people who aren't actively looking - but should be
ā¢ Juggling multiple roles, priorities, and pipelines without breaking a sweat
ā¢ Staying organized while thinking creatively
ā¢ Balancing speed with quality in high-demand, competitive talent markets
ā¢ Speak fluent Boolean and can tweak a search like you're debugging code
ā¢ Get weirdly excited about response rates and pipeline metrics
