[Remote] Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator will support and improve the hiring process, manage active searches, and enhance candidate experience through effective communication and the use of recruiting systems.ResponsibilitiesSupport and improve the end-to-end hiring processLead structured intake meetings, manage active searches, and ensure timely, professional communication with hiring managers and candidatesApply performance-based hiring principles, help reduce time-to-fill, and become a power user of our recruiting systems, leveraging our ATS, sourcing tools, scheduling platforms, reporting dashboards, automation, and AI capabilities to improve efficiency, consistency, and equityManage 2 - 4 active requisitions (based on business need and complexity)Source, screen, and present candidates aligned to performance objectivesMaintain proactive candidate communication at every stageStrengthen feedback loops between hiring managers and candidatesUse recruiting systems and dashboards to monitor pipeline health and reduce bottlenecksEstablish and support the intern recruiting program, including defining hiring criteria, building the process workflow, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teamsImplement at least two process improvements that increase clarity, efficiency, or candidate experienceExplore and responsibly pilot automation and AI tools that reduce administrative burden and improve evaluation consistencyRecommend enhancements to improve system adoption and data integrityContribute to measurable improvement in time-to-fill trendsDocument scalable recruiting workflows and best practicesSupport People Operations initiatives such as onboarding optimization, learning and development coordination, or talent management projectsSkillsProven examples from your career that show you can do this jobExperience in building systems, driving alignment, and creating impact at scaleAbility to establish responsiveness, structured intake, and tool proficiencyExperience managing active requisitions and sourcing candidatesStrong communication skills with hiring managers and candidatesAbility to maintain proactive candidate communication at every stageExperience using recruiting systems and dashboards to monitor pipeline healthAbility to implement process improvements that increase clarity, efficiency, or candidate experienceExperience with automation and AI tools that reduce administrative burdenAbility to document scalable recruiting workflows and best practicesExperience contributing to cross-functional People initiativesAbility to manage multiple searches while maintaining steady pipeline progressExperience in improving time-to-fill trendsAbility to create a professional, transparent, and well-communicated experience for candidatesBenefitsProfessional developmentISOsHealth insurance401(k) matchingPaid time offCompany OverviewOpenSesame is an e-learning company that provides online training courses for businesses and employees.
