[Remote] Flutter Engineer, Mid Level (US)

They are seeking a proactive and motivated Mid Level Flutter Engineer responsible for developing high-quality multi-platform applications while collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain scalable and efficient Flutter applications • Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and provide regular updates. • Participate in code reviews and help maintain and implement best practices across projects. • Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively suggest solutions. • Stay up to date with the latest Flutter and Dart developments and tools. Skills • 3 years of experience with Flutter and Dart. • Some experience with mobile application development in native iOS or Android (desired). • Understanding of mobile architecture patterns and knowledge of Bloc. • Familiarity with REST APIs and testing practices. • Strong communication skills in both technical and client-facing settings. • A growth mindset with a willingness to learn, take initiative and share knowledge.
