Junior SQL Developer​/Data Analyst​/No C2C

Position: Junior SQL Developer/Data Analyst (No C2C) (25843) LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Data Governance Specialist for an exciting contract to hire opportunity with a client of ours in Saint Louis, MO. Roles and Responsibilities: • Develop and enforce data governance rules, policies and procedures relating to the ERP system and ensuring adherence to them. • Monitor and maintain the quality of data by ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability. • Coordinate the integration of data from various sources to ensure consistency and completeness. • Use analytical tools and techniques to analyze data and generate insights for improvements. • Provide training to staff members on the proper use and management of data. • Document data sources, data lineage, and data dictionaries. • Leverage data to develop business improvements that align with company’s overall goals, objectives, and strategy. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or equivalent experience • 3-5 years of experience in ERP data stewardship or a related field (SAP, Sage, Datacor) • Proficient in Excel, with some data modeling experience • Business Intelligence (BI), Data Analysis and Processing • Mathematical Skills strong mathematical and statistical skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and presentation skills LRS is an equal opportunity employer.
