[Remote] Finance Manager (Financial Reporting)

They are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to manage technical accounting and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS and leading the financial reporting process. Responsibilities • Using Workiva to prepare and review our annual and quarterly financial statements • Ensuring that the group and company's financial statements comply with relevant requirements and best practises • Delivering process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the financial reporting process • Developing the group’s accounting policies, ensuring they're up to date and in compliance with IFRS • Providing financial reporting and technical accounting advice on the launch of new products, expansion initiatives, and corporate restructuring activities • Supporting the ongoing development of technical accounting and financial reporting policies, processes, and controls to ensure objectives are met in a cost-effective and efficient manner • Leading the external audit process Skills • To be a designated accountant (e.g., ACA, CPA) with a relevant degree from a top university • 5+ years of post-qualified experience in a senior accounting or finance role (controllership function, internal accounting, reporting, assurance, etc.) • Expertise applying IFRS, technical accounting, and financial reporting in a banking or fintech environment • Experience with reporting requirements for listed entities (preferably SEC-related) • 4+ years of people leadership experience • Excellent organisational skills to plan and organise work efficiently • A structural and logical approach to solving problems • Excellent analytical skills and a hands-on attitude • Great motivation and focus on delivery • Good knowledge of SQL and/or Python • Experience with NetSuite and/or Workiva • IPO experience Company Overview • Revolut is a financial technology company that offers banking services, money transfers, foreign exchange, and spending analytics.
