We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Records Receivable Division as a Finance Management Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and mitigating risk by analyzing and resolving financial discrepancies with our clients.
Job Summary:
In this exciting entry-level opportunity, you will work remotely and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues with financial transactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Monitoring and analyzing aged receivables to identify potential risks
Investigating and resolving discrepancies with client accounts, including skipped invoices, amount deficiencies, and pricing errors
Engaging with clients to understand their accounting, purchasing, and delivery cycles and methodologies
Identifying and addressing root causes of client exceptions
Maintaining accurate client data and performing system maintenance as needed
Projecting account performance for period and quarter-end reporting purposes
Driving personal growth and continuous learning through education and feedback
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
An Associate's Degree or 3 years of experience in Accounting or a related field
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and execute objectives with minimal supervision
A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Creative thinking and the ability to leverage technology to drive process improvements
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel
Experience with Accounting Systems and AR (preferred)
