The Field Marketing Associate will support regional marketing plans, coordinate events, manage logistics, and assist in driving demand for Reltio's solutions while collaborating with internal teams.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate Reltio’s end-to-end presence at large-scale trade shows such as Microsoft Ignite, Google Cloud Next, and AWS reInvent, among othersLead cross-functional planning/debrief meetings pre-and post event with onsite teams to align on messaging, expectations, Reltio’s presence at the event, and ways to guarantee the greatest ROICreate and send electronic invitations to field events, using Marketing Automation and event management toolsWork with Marketing Ops, Creative, and Web teams to create landing pages and other digital assets for live eventsDesign and build nurturing programs in marketing automation platform for event follow-upConduct Pre-event analysis of registration list, create customer profile reports, and distribute to the field team for onsite preparationAssist with vendor management, including sourcing vendors, submitting contracts, and working with our internal finance teams to get approvalsManage company swag and gifting platform, ensuring smooth execution, easy access for the GTM team, and adherence to company branding guidelinesManage social media promotion and content scheduling for field marketing events and webinars to maximize audience engagement and drive registrationSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent years of working experience0-2 years of relevant marketing experienceKnowledge of Google Suite, Adobe CS, Cvent, Microsoft Office & Enterprise communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.)Company OverviewReltio powers real-time data intelligence and AI transformation with enterprise-grade security and governance.
