Responsibilities
• Customize program elements to meet the needs of assigned prescribing physicians
• Review patient status and assist prescribing physicians in patient enrollment
• Identify and report obstacles to obtaining coverage to the Program Manager
• Build strong working relationships with physicians and their staff
• Provide effective training to physicians and clinics on program initiatives
• Act as a liaison to provide feedback to the Program Manager
• Complete all relevant reports per specified timelines and standards
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in health care or related discipline
• Minimum of five years in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industry experience
• Case management experience preferred
• Availability for travel within assigned territory
• Valid Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation
• Experience in therapeutic areas is an asset
• Knowledge of reimbursement structure and processes
• Strong analytical skills including interpretation of regulation
• Fluency in French and/or English may be required
Nice-to-haves
• Case management experience preferred
• Experience in therapeutic areas is an asset
