Job Overview
The Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist will play a critical role in supporting our Internal Body Shop and Authorized Collision Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating vehicle repairs, and ensuring seamless communication between our customers, body shop technicians, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate work scheduling and maintenance to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of vehicle repairs
Act as a liaison between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
Prepare for vehicle arrivals, including reviewing repair orders and ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available
Manage WARP and CCC arrivals, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of vehicle repairs
Communicate with customers to set expectations, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with the repair process
Coordinate rental vehicles and handoffs to ensure a seamless experience for our customers
Provide regular vehicle status updates to customers and stakeholders
Reorder materials and components as needed to ensure timely completion of repairs
Conduct repair reviews and deliveries to ensure quality and customer satisfaction


Essential Qualifications

A certificate from a Vocational School in Collision Repair is preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in the principles and practices of collision repair
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey information to customers, technicians, and other stakeholders
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with colleagues, customers, and other individuals contacted in the course of work
Microsoft Office experience is preferred, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Must be willing to train others and share knowledge and expertise to support the growth and development of our team
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced collision shop environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using initiative and judgment to make decisions and resolve issues
Must be at least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and support
Knowledge of collision repair principles, practices, and procedures, with experience working in a body shop or related environment
Familiarity with WARP and CCC systems, with experience using these tools to manage vehicle repairs and communicate with customers
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work in a remote environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline to meet deadlines and achieve goals
