[Remote] FI Project Coordinator

Brink's Inc is a leading global provider of cash and valuables management solutions, seeking a Project Coordinator to manage all projects and conversions. The role involves supporting internal and external customers, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities Project management Provide support for internal and external customers Perform activities in compliance with company policies and procedures Provide backup support to others within department Liaison between customer/vendor and other PAI departments Build and manage relationships with service providers and vendors.Look for more bolthires effective service options Work with field service employees and 3rd party providers to ensure quality service Ensure all spreadsheets, call tickets and workflows in PAI Reports are updated with accurate information as required, keeping all statuses as current as possible Manage vendors while working with customers to address their needs and facilitate customer support issues Protect all company assets Other duties may be assigned Skills High School Diploma is required Demonstrates competency in dealing with independent organizations and working closely with the owner/operators Must be self-sufficient and can learn new tasks with minimal training and assistance Highly ambitious, willing to take on new tasks with little to no direction Excellent attention to detail Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills are required.There are many different tasks which may need attention all at once, and prioritization is essential in order to accomplish a positive outcome Travel will be required (Approx. 10%) If located remote from a PAI office, this will increase to 25% Proficient with bolthires Office Suite is required Strong working knowledge / understanding of bolthires Excel is required Ability to learn software applications quickly Experience with PAI Reports is a plus Company Overview Brink’s, Incorporated is the world’s premier provider of secure solutions – including global transportation and storage for high-value goods, currency and coin processing, smart safes, ATM services, security services and advanced technology – that deliver critical business intelligence, improved productivity and enhanced protection.It was founded in 1859, and is headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, USA, with a workforce of 10001+ employees.
